Easy recipes that don’t require a long list of ingredients are the most requested around here—and that’s fine by me because I love cooking the “minimalist” way! No frills, just whole and simple foods put together in simple recipes that taste good and are good for you. I can always get on board with that.
This fall I’m planning to put out some 10-ingredient (or less) main dishes ideal for busy weeknights. (If that sounds good to you, make sure you’re on the Daily Bites mailing list so that you’ll be the first to know when they’re up!)
In the meantime, I already have quite a few 10-ingredient or less recipes in the archives here. I’ve pulled together a few of my personal faves that I’m sharing with you today.
These 10 recipes are easy to make with everyday ingredients that you can find in just about any grocery store. They all have 10 ingredients or less (not including salt, pepper, and oil—which I consider staples so they don’t count).
Here’s to simplified, flavorful, nutritious meals!
