If you’ve been around here long, you know that Rebecca is hands down one of my favorite authors and chefs. I had the privilege of meeting her last year at a conference and eating her delicious food for an entire weekend. She’s every bit as warm, kind, and talented as I imagined.
I’m a big fan of Rebecca’s previous books, The Cancer-Fighting Kitchen, The Longevity Kitchen, and One Bite at a Time. Her recipes are the perfect blend of flavorful, healthful, creative, and non-intimidating. The Healthy Mind Cookbook is no exception. Rebecca beautifully translates the latest research about brain health and nutrition onto the plate.
How good does this Roasted Asparagus Soup with Pistachio Cream look? I love that this book is completely gluten-free and dairy-free, too.
