I’m about 90% recovered from my head cold now, but as I lounged around the couch trying to work between sneeze sessions, I thought I should put together a quick video with my 5 favorite immune supporting foods.

Watch the video to learn about 5 foods that are excellent for staying healthy. Maybe they’ll be your key to an illness-free winter!

  1. Awesome vid! Your new do looks fab on you.
That gelatin is the new Green Pastures Cod Liver Oil :) They’re going to sell out soon! I’ve been making the kids bone broth for the reasons you mention, Callum loves it, thankfully. You’re a wealth of knowledge Hallie, I love it.

    • Maggie: Totally! I never did get on board the CLO train because of the heavy metal issue. It can still be a problem even with pure gelatin like this, so I’m not using it every day and I’m making my own broth when I can. That’s great the Callum loves the broth!

  2. Halle, Thank you for this video. I am feeling like I am getting sick and praying that I am not getting a recurring Mono diagnosis. I have already been doing all of this and love that this info is out there for people to learn from. One thing I did learn was about the green label verses red label gelatin. I have the red label and definitely plan to buy the green label. Thank you! Also, LOVE your hair. Very cute! ~Blessings~

Hope you get over your cold soon.

  4. Thank you for the great video! My gelatin just arrived! It helps the joints too, right?

  5. Thanks for the info. Watched Tom’s video – amazing!

  6. Loved your video about immune supporting super foods. I alsso watched Ted’s video and found it interesting. In fact, from Ted’s video it sounds like if have thyroid issues it is still ok to eat broccoli and of its family members. I’ve always been cautioned not to. Which I’ve never felt good about. What your thoughts? Please.

  7. Love your hair! It’s super cute. And now I am going to eat more broccoli.
