5 Foods I Would Never Eat! {Video}

I’ve been vlogging! Me and the camera in the kitchen. I’ve got some fun videos coming your way that are informative, too.

I thought I’d kick things off today with a lighthearted showcase of a few foods I would never personally eat…and I would never recommend that anyone else eat them either! Through blog posts and recipes, I’m constantly urging you all to eat super foods and load your plate with fresh veggies and greens, but rarely do I steer you away from certain foods.

Today, I’m breaking the norm and telling you about 5 foods that are health hazards and, I believe, should never have been invented in the first place. Oh what a world of hurt they’ve brought us.

So come on into my kitchen and enjoy!

    Awesome video! My five year old is on my lap, and I have to laugh at how little my children know about most of the world’s view of what food is! I don’t think any of these kiddos even know there is “cheese” in a shaving cream can. What a hoot. That just sounds disgusting.
    Working on meal plans this morning. We have moved into those warm, comfort foods like soup, stew, and sourdough bread! Yummy! It is freezing in this old house today.
    Enjoy your day!

  2. Loved the video!! Helps to keep me focused. Real food rocks.

    Nice video! You’re such a great presenter–nice clear speech and the words just flowed. Very talented!

  4. So glad my 14 year old walked in when I was watching this! It’s always good for my boys to hear someone else point out the negatives in processed food. A trip to the grocery store is full of bad choices. I make sure to say ‘yes!’ when they ask for whole foods and good choices and try to steer them away from the rest. It’s also disappointing how other people choose to feed their growing children. Thanks for this!

  5. I am totally gluten-free, surgar-free, and processed food free! It it so great to
    know that stuff to stay way from! Also, this blog in general is amazing! It focuses on health things, as well as diet and recipe!Looking forward to the next video!

  6. Hi, I found your website a few days ago and I love it! I’m currently eating a paleo (ish) diet, and haven’t eating anything processed or packaged for almost a year, so am enjoying the information you post very much!

    Admittedly I’m in the UK, but I had no idea some of these ‘foods’ even existed…I agree diet coke is bad enough, but cheese in a can and spray butter!?! Ewww! What in earth would you use spray butter for…and 17 ingredients in cheese is just wrong!

    Thank you for this insight…you certainly learn something new everyday! x

  7. Loved your video!!! I’m new to your daily bites blog. You make everything so simple to understand. I also like the way you don’t talk down to us when you are relaying information. You share in a very casual friend to friend style. Can’t wait to see your next video !!!
