There’s been a lot going on in “Daily Bites world” that I want to let you know about! I rarely do this, but I thought that the fun happenings and newsy tidbits were deserving of a post all to themselves today, so here we go.
September marks the 2 year anniversary of The Pure Kitchen, my first book, and the 1 year anniversary of my second book, Super Healthy Cookies. Both books took many months of hard work, but I still love them both today as much as I did the day they were published. Whether you’re new to the world of gluten-free living or you’re an old veteran looking for inspiration, my books are meant for you. Like all of my recipes, they put the emphasis on whole and natural ingredients—no gums, artificial stuff, fake substitutes, gluten, dairy, soy, or refined sugar.
