Recipes without grains, nuts, AND eggs? Do such things exist?

It may seem like a tall order to fill, but yes! There are recipes out there without eggs, nuts, and grains…and they taste quite good!

As part of my healing protocol, I’ve been dipping my toe in the world of nut-free eating. As much as I love nuts, they can easily be overdone when you’re not eating sweet fruits, grains, beans, legumes, and dairy (and when you’re limiting eggs). So I’ve had some fun going on somewhat of a “dig” and excavating the web for recipes that are both nut-free AND grain-free AND egg-free. Many of the recipes I dug up were also vegan, so I’ve noted that beside each recipe where it applies.

    • I would love some recipes if you have any, specifically kid friendly. My 3 year old is allergic to eggs and nuts and I’d like to go grain free, but can’t find any good recipes the whole family will eat.
