  4. I am going to try this the next time a sugar craving hits me! I have been having a lil bit of dried unsweetened fruit and almonds normally. Next time I will try it without the dried fruit.

I do not eat hardly any sugar or sweets, but when I reevaluated this fact about a month ago, I realized how much sweet stuff I had let back in – bananas in my smoothie, dried fruit with my nuts for snack…..and so on.
