Winter is my least favorite season and I’m not ashamed to admit it. I don’t like the cold weather one bit. So I decided that January was a perfect time to launch the motivational calendar as a way to break up the winter blues for ALL of us and keep us focused on the positive in the New Year.

    I like using the superfoods and mixing them together and eating them as a snack, love raw cacao nibs, goi berries, mulberries and a few of the incanberries, yum!
