Meet Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free: A Whole Food Starter Guide & Cookbook. It’s actually not just written by me. For months now, I’ve been collaborating behind the scenes on this project with the brilliant Alisa Fleming, the powerhouse behind Go Dairy Free. Together we have compiled the ultimate starter guide for people new to the dairy-free and gluten-free lifestyle.
I know firsthand just how difficult it is to eliminate dairy and gluten in a world of processed foods and busy schedules. Maintaining good health while learning the ropes of the “DF/GF lifestyle” (as we call it) is no easy task. We didn’t want to throw a bunch of store-bought substitutes in your lap with this e-book. Instead, it is completely whole food based. Every one of the 75 recipes is simple to prepare with wholesome, real food ingredients.
