Chocolate Pudding Pots {dairy-free}

Are these not the cutest little things?

With summer upon us, one of my favorite light and easy desserts to make in the warm weather is a simple no-cook pudding. I originally created the recipe for my gluten-free cookbook, but I have been making puddings like this for years.

To turn it into an adorable dessert, I picked up some small flower pots at my local garden store. Spooning the pudding into the pots and then topping them with chocolate “dirt” and sprigs of mint results in a lovely summer treat that’s almost too cute to eat!

For the recipe, head on over to The Balanced Platter. While you’re at it, “Like” the Facebook page and follow TBP on Twitter, too. That way you’ll be guaranteed to stay updated with super summer recipes and tips all season long.

What are your favorite summer desserts?
