UPDATE 3/19/12 – This giveaway is now closed. Thanks to all who entered!

Do you feel like you’re on a sugar roller coaster that just won’t stop? Do you have the desire to kick your carb cravings once and for all but just can’t, no matter how hard you try? Do you want guidance from leading experts in the holistic nutrition field to give you the jump-start you need to start living sugar-free?

Then you’ve come to the right place!

Today I have the privilege of giving away—yes, giving away!—a FREE spot in Sweet Victory, the 2-week online course led by functional nutritionist Andrea Nakayama and holistic chef and educator Ricki Heller. These brilliant ladies are teaming up to offer you a spot in their online course that covers all things related to sugar-free living.

The goal of the course is to provide participants with the knowledge, tools, and skills that will help them to overcome sugar cravings and sugar addiction, using the most up to date scientific, physiological, and psychological information.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Conquer your sugar cravings once and for all
  • End sugar’s dominance over your life
  • Stay away from the temptations of the day-to-day
  • Understand how your emotions relate to your food choices
  • Create delicious and nutritious recipes that won’t send you into a sugar coma
  • And much more…

Included in the course:

  • Full access to the Replenish PDX Sweet Tooth, Bitter Truth homestudy program (valued at $67)
  • TWO 1.5 hour teleseminars (on March 24 & 31) with teachings about detoxing your body of sugar and cravings once and for all
  • Daily protocol for the sugar cleanse
  • Recipe packet, handouts, and other materials to guide and educate you
  • 24/7 online support from Andrea and Ricki throughout the entire program

The value of this course is $227.

On a personal note, I have looked at the recipes and handouts for Sweet Victory and believe me when I say that I’m incredibly impressed with the quality and content that these ladies have put together. You would seriously be silly NOT to enter for the chance to win this incredibly educational opportunity! The recipes alone have me swooning. Don’t think that a “sugar cleanse” means being hungry all the time, either. If anything, you will eat like a queen as you savor Fudgy Brownie Cookies, Easy Millet & Red Pepper Pilaf, Grain-Free Pizza, Caramel Ice Cream, and more.

For more details about the program, head over here.

  31. Ann Marie said on March 15, 2012 at 11:44 pm

I would love to win this. I have been off sugar since Oct 30th and want to learn ways to keep it going!

  32. I never really thought about sugar as something that affected my healthy eating plan. I don’t really eat a lot of chocolates or candy, so I was okay, right? It wasn’t until I noticed that on days that I had a hot chocolate before work I was much much hungrier than normal – wait – that I wanted to eat more than normal that I began to wonder. I looked at my hot chocolate mix and saw that the second ingredient was sugar. I’m gluten, lactose and soy intolerant, so I know how to read a label but I’d never paid attention to sugar before. Once I started looking for sugars, I couldn’t believe how much sugar was put into our food.

I did a sugar detox in January and cut it all out. All of it. No sugars/sweeteners, not even fruit or starchy vegetables. I couldn’t believe the difference it made to how I felt. The problem I had was that once the detox was over, I relaxed the “no sugar” rule. It was a tablespoon of maple syrup here, a few dates there, lots of bananas. Then it progressed. There was a gluten free vegan brownie from a bakery. Muffins at a conference. I didn’t even think about processed sugars in the muffin.

Now I’m eating more and I don’t need to. I don’t know if sugar is responsible for that, but I know that I don’t want sugar to rule my life. I need to get back on track and I need help to do it because sugar has an incredible hold on me.

  33. Thank you for the giveaway.

  34. Would love the opportunity to learn more. Thank you.

  35. I would love to conquer the battle with sugar. This course would be a great help.

  36. Wow, what an opportunity. Thank you ladies!

  37. Winning this would be AMAZING. I am having such trouble with candida right now and have recently discovered Ricki’s blog. This would be a lifesaver. Not exaggerating at all. (Needing to get started on my health, but currently very run down and taking care of my 2.5 yr old twins full time! Not much extra energy to plan out sugar cleanse meals etc.)

  38. I’ve shared the link on my FB page. :)

  39. ooh that sounds so good! I would love to win…but it would be a stretch!

  40. I am ready to say good bye to my sugar cravings and would love the help and guidance! I’ve fairly good at cutting sugars out of my diet, but how amazing would it be to be completely sugar free!!! AND still eat delicious treats that will rock your socks off! yay!

  41. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us! Now I have shared with my friends on facebook :)

  42. Natalie L. said on March 16, 2012 at 7:11 am

I am really struggling with my health and I know its because I eat so much sugar. I’ve craved it all of my life. I have been on a health roller coaster for the last year and a half. I am online tonight at 3am because I’ve had enough. I can’t keep feeling like I have poison in my body and feeling so fatigued that I want to just cry. I need help :) I would love to win! It would be a tremendous blessing to me!
    Thanks so very much!
    Sincerely,
    Natalie

  43. Awesome! I found out I’m sugar intolerant this month, so this package would be perfecto. I had to share the love on Twitter as well :) https://twitter.com/#!/lisawomersley/status/180573046652928001

  44. My addiction to sugar makes me understand how it must feel to be an alcoholic….just ONE always always leads to another…..and another…… I would love to conquer it and take control over sugar :)

  45. What a fabulous giveaway! and what a great time do a sugar cleanse, too~

  46. Sugar is my vice! Would love to conquer it.

  47. No sugar cravings? that would be a blessing. It frustrates me how controlling that addiction is and how it plays too big of a role in my otherwise pretty healthy lifestyle.

  48. I struggle with sugar, that has been the toughest *substance* for me. As a gluten-free vegan, food option/choices can be challenging–especially when out.

I make lots of things with dates and organic cacao, using just a bit of agave, but still feel like I need to curb the habit, or, actually, get a handle on it when the cravings surface so I don’t feel out of control.

I’d love to do this program–thanks to all for the generous offer!

(oh, and to those who compare sugar addiction to alcohol, they are spot on: alcohol converts to sugar in the body–among other things–many experts agree that alcoholics are really sugar-addicts!)

  49. Hi

I would love the opportunity to participate in your amazing cookery course.

    Love and best wishes

    Najia x

  50. What a great giveaway! I have been on the candida diet for about 3 months now and could use some more culinary tricks. Thanks for the opportunity to enter!
