Celebrate a New Year with a New You!

Want to start making healthy changes in 2012 and be inspired to stick with them throughout the new year? Then you won’t want to miss this exciting blog event in January, hosted right here at Daily Bites!

New Year, New You is all about inspiring you to make and sustain healthy changes by taking small but meaningful steps. I’m co-hosting this event with Lexie from Lexie’s Kitchen. (She designed the event badge you see above. I know, she’s amazing!) Here are the details:

When: Each week on Thursdays beginning January 5th, Lexie and I will be posting helpful tips and recipes relating to various health-oriented themes. Come back each Thursday all throughout the month for week after week of motivation and inspiration!

Who: It’s not just Lexie and me contributing to this event, either. Every week we’ll be joined by a handful of other bloggers who will also be posting their tips and recipes relating to the weekly theme. That means more inspiration for all of us, along with a variety of perspectives on the same topic. Here is the schedule of bloggers who will be contributing:

I don’t want to ruin the suspense and tell you what the weekly themes are in advance, but let me just say that after this month, you’ll be well on your way to making some fabulous practical, health-supportive changes!

One Other Thing: There will be GIVEAWAYS! Each week, I’ll be hosting a giveaway here at Daily Bites of some pretty cool stuff that will help you sustain your positive changes well into the new year. In each of my weekly posts, I’ll also have links to all of the other participating blogs, so you can be sure not to miss a thing.

  3. I received your cookbook for Christmas and just tried the Chard, Chickpea and Vegetable soup and the Buckwheat and Olive Oil Flatbread with herbs. Both recipes were deemed “make agains” by my family, and the soup was even better reheated the next day. I used spinach instead of chard for the soup because I had lots on hand and needed to use it up. Thanks for the great recipes, and I look forward to making more nutritious meals to add to our repertoire from your book.
