Stock Your Kitchen for Healthy Holidays (video!)

I’m beyond excited to share my first video with you today! Shot from the comfort of my living room, I sat down for a few minutes and decided to share some of my favorite ingredients to keep on hand all year round, plus some tips for surviving the holidays healthfully.
