Stock Your Kitchen for Healthy Holidays (video!)

I’m beyond excited to share my first video with you today! Shot from the comfort of my living room, I sat down for a few minutes and decided to share some of my favorite ingredients to keep on hand all year round, plus some tips for surviving the holidays healthfully.

I’m looking forward to doing more videos in the future. Do you have a topic, recipe, technique, or something else you’d like to see discussed or demonstrated? Let me know in the comments.
