I was on TV!

Yesterday, The Pure Kitchen made it’s first official television debut on NBC-15 News. I thought I would be much more nervous than I actually was. Turns out that the cameras, lights, and fast-paced environment didn’t really bother me at all.

We made the Pumpkin Oatmeal Breakfast Clusters from my book. On the table you’ll also see the Apple Spice Cake with “Caramel” Frosting and the Cranberry Oatmeal Muffins. All of these treats are perfect for the holidays, and no one will know that they’re so good for you.

For these recipes, click on over to NBC-15. Pick up my cookbook for more healthy gluten-free, dairy-free treats.
